
June 28th, 14:00-18:00 in the company for communication training about the newspaper Lianshang, the first half of the training is the content of the explanation and case sharing, mainly will come to the communication of the four basic skills of “receiving the finger to ask for clarity” and “things BI reply”, from the course From the reaction of the participants in the course, we have a deeper feeling for the case part, which is right, because the newspaper is a business is a case as the characteristics of the course, the newspaper is also listed in the book a large number of cases to illustrate and support some of the points of view, and often these cases let everyone is empathetic.
The first half of the training is the content of the explanation, this belongs to the traditional type of training lectures, because I am not a professional lecturer, here do not make a good or bad evaluation. Now I want to say is the second half of the practical discussion of this part of the experience, the second half of the course content of the newspaper business as the theme of the relevant discussions, discussions in the form of questions + guidance, may be the site participants experience is not bad, play a little high, but I would say that the second half of the goal I set is not up to the mark, mainly in two aspects: 1. Communication and understanding of the bias, the first half of our The content of the lecture is the newspaper business communication class, and the second half can be seen as a newspaper business communication of a practical exercise class, but in this exercise in the information transfer bias is relatively large, confirming the class I talked about everyone in the “I thought 。。。。。。”, we also forgot the core of the communication and understanding. The core of this exercise is to “receive the finger and ask for clarification”, “BI reply” and the confirmation of information with 6W3H. 2. Insufficient time planning has led to some links appearing to be rushed and some activities have not been carried out, and have not formed a closed-loop.
一. Communication issues:
I will now review some of the links where these related problems exist:
1. In the ice-breaking session, the cocktail party game method was used, and 4 topics to be introduced were set: name, current mood, hobbies and interests, why you came, and what you want to take away from the class. The game uses two people to introduce the above 4 aspects to each other. After the conversation, they draw hearts on each other's cards to indicate the end of the conversation, and then find the next person for another round of mutual conversation and drawing hearts, and then continue... The time is set to 8 minutes. According to the exchange of introductions between two people, each person's introduction takes half a minute to 1 minute, and each time the two people talk to each other, it is estimated that it takes 1 minute to 2 minutes. In this way, it can be inferred that those with high communication efficiency can get 4 to 8 hearts, but I was surprised to find that someone actually got 11 hearts (a total of 12 people, this is a full score). I am very curious about how this is achieved, and I can clearly feel that my communication with these people is ineffective, but this is before we start the first half of the training of the business content course, and this communication failure seems understandable.
2. The ‘Watermelon Spirit’ game session. In the afternoon, everyone's state of mind was a bit poor, so in order to refresh everyone, I added this game. First of all, I told the game and took the lead to do a demonstration, I said to do is the watermelon essence game, to use the word watermelon essence to describe their own state, for fear that we did not understand the word, I added a ‘watermelon into a fine’, and then I give you sample "I am a full of energy watermelon essence! ‘The result was that everyone's expression became ’I am a 。。。。。。I'm a big watermelon", but we play more high, well, everyone happy as long as it is good.
3. Make a wish (clarify the vision) stage, this session of the wish I also added a qualifier, ‘what do you want to use the Newspaper Union business communication to achieve what you wish’, this and the ice-breaking session mentioned what you want to take away from the classroom is linked. Well, everyone is really open-minded, a variety of visions presented ‘world peace, physical and mental health, physical health, family beauty, monthly sales of millions, wealth freedom, the realisation of socialist core values ......’.
Can some of the wishes here really be realized through communication with the business association? I was a little shocked. Is this exaggerating the "effectiveness" of the business association? This is a question I reflected on at the scene. Maybe I didn't explain enough about asking everyone to make a wish. In fact, you may not have noticed that I have noted the goal below. Would it be easier if you wrote the goal? In addition, this link was originally designed in this way. Everyone writes their own wishes, and the group discusses to generate the group's common wishes. Finally, after the group discussion, they jointly vote (here each group is given 200,000) for the wishes to be realized, which is the process from ME (me) to WE (group us) and then to US (the whole team us). Due to time constraints, I did not explain this principle too much in this part, so I feel that the consensus of everyone is still a little bit off.
4. Clarification Challenge Phase
This part is a link after everyone has jointly invested in the wishes they focus on. In this link, we are divided into 3 groups due to the influence of the number of people. The three wishes with the highest investment amount (all-round sales TOP thinking, financial freedom, and physical and mental health) are selected to let everyone talk about what internal driving forces and obstacles exist in order to realize these wishes.
I will not discuss whether these driving forces and resistances are correct or not. What I want to say is whether this is related to our communication with the newspaper and the business, and how it is related. Anyway, I think it has gone astray, because these driving forces and resistances should all point to the communication with the newspaper and the business. Are these driving force elements conducive to the communication with the newspaper and the business, are the resistances not conducive to the communication with the newspaper and the business, and are the relationships between them strongly related?
This part of the problem is caused by the wishing stage. If the content of the wish is not satisfactory, it will go astray later. I wonder if you still remember that I asked everyone which of the 6W3H is more important in the first half of the training? It is about Why, that is, our target targeting must be correct to ensure that the results can be closer to what we need.
5. Action plan stage
Originally, there was a very important link before this stage, which required everyone to make a plan to implement the wishes they voted for. This was cancelled because it would take a long time. We jumped directly to the action plan stage and asked everyone to write 3 plans to do in the near future using the newspaper. After writing, let everyone discuss their plans in pairs. The purpose of the discussion is to stimulate further thinking and generate new ideas, so that you can adjust your plans for what you are going to do.
Next, the action plan cards were put on the wall. Everyone was asked to write their names, one card for each thing, and the time for completion of the plan. It turned out that only one colleague could basically meet the requirements (there were some problems with the completion time, and it was written that it would be continuously implemented from July 1st), and the things done were written in the form of communication with the report.
In this link, I think I also have a problem of inadequate communication. I should give everyone a sample when there is enough time. Will what you write be better?
In addition, I would like to add one more sentence here. The more specific the description of the action plan, the more specific the completion time, the more specific the object of the things to be done, etc., the greater the possibility of completing this action.
2. Reflection on the time planning of practical activities
According to the situation of the day, it is better to set the time of the practical activities for half a day or about 4 hours. The pace of the activities should be slowed down. In this way, the effect of on-site communication will be better, and everyone’s understanding deviation will be smaller, so as to achieve the purpose of the discussion.
